Sunday Family Laughter:

The fetus begins to smile from the 26th week of gestation and more or less to 6 years children laugh spontaneously everything is innate and consistently, then as-you-grow, laughter decreases unless something motive it.

It is very important (for both parents and children) encouraging moments of laughter to benefit from it, it is also a way to be happy and spend pleasant moments with family.

Monday Alone Laughter:

Laughter Yoga Alone is a great way of releasing stress and negative thoughts. It is a very useful technique to dissipate anger and helps focus on meditative activity. It also helps develop self -confidence as it reduces shyness and inhibitions.

Tuesday Work Laughter:

Due to too much stress the work place is become too serious. People think serious people are more responsible and more productive. This is not true. More productive people are those who take their work seriously but take themselves lightly. Scientific research shows us that laughter can help to resolve workplace stress and create a happy, energetic and motivated workforce.  But, until now there has been no reliable and effective system to deliver laughter. Humor was the only tool available

 Wednesday Club of Laughter:

Laughter Yoga Clubs are social clubs that are free for all anywhere in the world. We do not charge any membership fee anywhere. However, members of the club should share expenses towards hiring of venue or any equipment hire.

Thursday No reason Laughter:

 It is very important to have the willingness to laugh. This factor sets a positive frame of mind and helps the person to open up and willingly do Laughter Exercises. While Laughing Alone, try to put feelings in your Laughter which will enable you to fully express yourself and release suppressed emotions.

Friday Friendship Laughter:

Laughter is essential to help in relationship problems, for example, is also very positive to smooth start specific differences in living while still not well known to the other. Moreover, laughter is contagious within the group there is almost always in the company of friends laughing at a funny anecdote or a laughter exercises to us to put a touch of humor to life.

Saturday Faith Laughter:

You may experience all kinds of emotions when we worship God Universal. In true praise and worship, some even come to mourn while others laugh. There is nothing wrong with emotionally express our love for the Universal God.

Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea, simple and profound. An exercise routine, it is fast sweeping the world and is a complete wellbeing workout. It is the brainchild of Dr. Madan Kataria, an Indian physician from Mumbai who started the first laughter club in a park on 13th March 1995, with just 5 people.
