About the Laughter Coach

Carlos Gongora  is a Certified Professional Coach, Leadership and Professional Growth Director, Motivational Speaker and Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and Certified Laughter Leader with the International University of Laughter Yoga.

Carlos uses the concept of laughter and personal growth to create an experience for the individual that is joyful in its process and delivery and abundantly focused on adding the essence of joy as she gently guides individuals to happier, healthier and more prosperous outcomes all with a focus on the joyful souls we are truly meant to be.

Carlos uses a variety of modalities to assist and guide individuals to develop both the inner and outer spirit of laughter in a way that suits the individual to find balance, awareness of choice and heightened perspectives and appreciation. 

Linguistic purposeful language, Breathing and Meditation techniques, music y relaxing sounds  and of course a variety of laughter techniques can also be employed to move and shift energy in the body. In all it is a mixture of left and right brain activities that assist in creating a universal balance that feels great!


About Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea, simple and profound. An exercise routine, it is fast sweeping the world and is a complete wellbeing workout. It is the brainchild of Dr. Madan Kataria, an Indian physician from Mumbai who started the first laughter club in a park on 13th March 1995, with just 5 people.
